Access control for Charge OnSite locations is set by the property owners and will vary. Some sites will allow anyone to use the charger; others will be restricted. If the site is restricted, you will see the restricted message after scanning the QR code.
What are the charging fees?
Fees for Charge OnSite locations are set by the property owners and vary from site to site. Some chargers display pricing right on the screen. But in all cases, after you scan the QR code, you will see the fees that will be charged before you start charging.
What payment methods are accepted?
All major credit cards are accepted as well as Apple Pay and Google Pay.
What if I need help?
